Breaking the Ice

Purpose Statement:
To make the participant aware of the prerequisites demanded to break the ice, win the confidence, and foster good cooperation with the negative, the neutral, and the positive GP. The participant will become acquainted with the tools needed to initiate the contact with the practitioner, how to facilitate positive dialog and achieve a constructive cooperation that can be nurtured for the benefit of both parties. Including a comprehensive and thorough collection of materials with templates on invitations, presentations, newsletters, discharge summaries, etc.
